Delivery Policy

At Rayah, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in the shortest possible time. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Delivery Coverage

Delivery availability depends on your location and serviceability of your PIN code.

You can check whether delivery is available in your area by entering your PIN code on the product or checkout page.

Delivery Charges & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery charges, estimated delivery timelines, and available payment options (including Cash on Delivery, where applicable) vary based on your delivery PIN code.
  • Delivery timelines may also vary depending on product availability, inventory location, and logistics partner serviceability.
  • During festivals, promotional events, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.
  • If you choose to self-ship an approved return, reimbursement of courier charges (if applicable) will be subject to Rayah’s return policy.

Order Value

The final order value is calculated after applying all applicable discounts, promotional offers, taxes (GST), and other applicable charges.

Delivered but Not Received?

If your prepaid order is marked as Delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of the delivery update.

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for investigation or Proof of Delivery (POD) verification, as per our delivery policy.

Tag Loop & Return Eligibility

To maintain product authenticity and ensure a fair return process, every Rayah product is dispatched with a security tag loop attached.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The security tag loop must remain intact, untampered, and attached to the product in its original condition.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (where applicable).

A return request will be rejected if:

  • The security tag loop has been removed, cut, broken, or tampered with.
  • The product shows signs of use, washing, wear, alteration, stains, or damage.
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

Rayah reserves the right to inspect every returned product during reverse pickup and upon receipt at our warehouse. If the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the return request may be declined, and the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Products returned with a removed or tampered security tag loop will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Rayah shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or logistics partner delays.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
