Founder & Head Designer
Rayah was founded by Mrs. Sudipta Mishra, whose vision is to celebrate timeless craftsmanship through thoughtfully designed Indian and Indo-Western ethnic wear.
Raised in a defence family, she grew up with values of discipline, precision, dedication, and integrity. These principles continue to shape every aspect of Rayah—from design and fabric selection to quality, customer experience, and delivery.
As the Head Designer, Mrs. Mishra is personally involved in every collection. From developing concepts and selecting premium fabrics to guiding embroidery and finishing details, each design reflects her commitment to elegance, authenticity, and exceptional craftsmanship.
She believes fashion should never be rushed. Every Rayah creation is made with purpose, allowing artisans the time and attention needed to create garments that are both beautiful and meaningful.
Beyond design, she is passionate about empowering women artisans by creating sustainable opportunities that preserve traditional craftsmanship while supporting modern livelihoods.
